The birth of our little experiment took our diners to a Parisian Cafe atmosphere…with painters, puppet storytellers, bistro music, dancers, a coyote puppet MC, and many other interesting characters.

They dined in the heat of summer upon four courses of delicacies made with mostly local ingredients.
